Beef
-Sauteed ground beef with homemade sofrito and caramelized green, red peppers.
Chicken
-Sauteed ground chicken in homemade sofrito, with caramelized onions, and finished off in a roasted garlic tomato puree.
Pernil
-Pork shoulder that has been infused with our sofrito overnight
then slow-roasted for 6 hours
and folded into a baby empanada.
Vegg Out
-Sauteed green, red peppers and onions, with roasted plantains.
Yuca
-Mashed Yuca and Calabaza with splash of lime.

Grounded plantains, yautia, and green bandannas into a batter
stuffed with our mouth-watering pernil into small bites,
then deep-fried to perfection.

Pernil on Wheels
Two-day marinated pork shoulder in lemon, lime,and sour orange with ourhome-made sofrito, seared to to lock in all those wonderful flavors and
slow-roasted for 6 hours.
-Finally a toasted Marraqueta (Chilean bread) cut in halfwith a garlic paste spread on one side the other our pernil with a fried egg laid on top.
